This is Eric famous Chili. He’s been making it for Janice Valdez Bday for about 6yrs now and this dish is a perfect example of a “Dish with a story”

I’ve been friends with Janice and Eric for almost 3 yrs and for the first time (3 weeks ago).. I saw love, friendship, and camaraderie in Eric’s house.

I am amazed how Eric McMahon binds and connect people from all over the world with this one special dish.
