Forgotten Ingredients: pickled thai chilies

  1. I just dehydrated my leftover thai Chiles and ran em through the spice grinder and I’m gonna make a seasoning blend with them

  2. freeze em. we have a bag of them in the freezer, havent bought more in like 5 years.

  3. My mom grows thai chillies and we get so many each year. She freezes a lot of them and takes just a few minutes to thaw.

  4. Pro tip, go into the grocery store, rip open the packaging and take one or two chilies. Grocery stores around me charge like 6-7$ for some big stupid pack and all I need is one or two, no thanks… alternatively, they freeze well…
