This is a classic “Chinese-style” dish loved in every Japanese home! The crunchy texture of the bamboo shoots and green peppers is so addictive. The savory oyster sauce flavor makes this the ultimate “Rice Thief” (Gohan Dorobo)—you will definitely need a second bowl of rice!

■Ingredients (for 1 serving) 🥣
・100g Pork (Thinly sliced/strips)
・2 Green Peppers (Thinly sliced)
・50g Boiled Bamboo Shoots (Thinly sliced)
・1 tsp Potato Starch (for coating pork)

[Sauce Mix]
・1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
・1 tsp Soy Sauce
・1 tsp Sake (or White Wine)
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Sesame Oil
