This recipe takes classic chili and levels it up by smoking seasoned ground beef over a Dutch oven full of chili so all those rich, smoky juices render directly into the pot. The result? We start with a vegetarian chili base packed with tomatoes, beans, corn, peppers, and spices, then place a wire rack over the Dutch oven and cook the beef right on top.
