Throwback, uh, Monday… to when I visited New Orleans nine years ago and my gf at the time and I spent $100 on hot sauce. Pepper Palace I think the place was called? CaJohn's black cherry vanilla chipotle habanero was really interesting. I think my favorite of the bunch was the suuuuper garlicky gator sauce on the bottom right. Also hi, first time posting here 👋
