used ingredients:-
1 onion, 1 Tomato, 1 capsicum,1/2 tablespoon jira and mustard, 2tablspoon oil,small 1/2 tablespoon salt, pinch of turmeric, homemade chilli powder 1 table spoon, 1/2 bowl groundnut powder, 7-8curry leaves, jinger garlic paste homemade….fry it well and add 1/2 glass of water….. keep it for 4- 5 min on slow flame …..your capsicum curry is ready to eat 😋
