Cool fall nights and deer hunting season have Mrs. Kapper cooking up a hearty venison chili that is sure to warm the heart and soul of any venison lover! Harvested from our farm, it doesn’t take her long to show you how you can make this easy recipe with basic ingredients and still have time to enjoy the fall weather.
Recipe – 1 pound ground venison, 3 cans of beans, 2 large cans tomato sauce, 1 cup frozen corn, 1/2 cup chopped onions, salt/pepper and chili powder to taste, 1 cup cooked pasta, 1 can beer, shredded cheddar and sour cream to top it off.
