Paneer 200 gm
cornflour for dust
refined oil for frying
chopped ginger and garlic 8 + 8 gm
green chilli 6 gm
bell peppers 25 gm
onion 12 gm
chilli paste 1 tsp full
tomato ketchup 1 tsp
chings green chilli sauce 1 tsp
dark soya sauce 1 tsp
salt to taste
veg aromata powder 1/2 tsp
potato starch for thickness / corn flour
garnish with green onion .
