Maritime Madness does a “Fire Candy” line of sauces, and certainly some are better than others.
The Candied Habanero is definitely one of my all time favourites. It’s absolutely “spicy enough”, and been a bloody wonderful addition to my hash browns every morning.
I had also used it generously on a chicken burger- (brilliant!), and as an additive to an olive oil/balsamic salad dressing… which moved it from dull to delicious.
A really good hot sauce, —if you don’t mind a bit of “sweet”.

Fellow Canadian here as well, try it on ice cream, sooo good, I personally like the Simple Garlic Goodness and Ghost Pepper
