### ๐ฅฃ Step 1: Batter & Paneer Fry
In a bowl, mix **maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper, and a little water** to make a thick batter.
Add paneer cubes and coat well.
Deep fry ๐ข๏ธ until golden and crispy. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan.
