### 🛒 **Ingredients**

🧀 Paneer (cubed)
🧅 Onion (cubed petals)
🫑 Capsicum (cubed)
🧄 Garlic (chopped)
🫚 Ginger (chopped)
🌾 Maida (all-purpose flour)
🌽 Cornflour
🛢️ Oil (for frying + cooking)
🌶️ Green chilli sauce
🔴 Red chilli sauce
🥢 Dark soy sauce
🍅 Tomato ketchup

### 🧂 **Spices / Masala**

🌶️ Kashmiri red chilli powder
⚫ Black pepper powder
🧂 Salt (as per taste)

## 👩‍🍳 **Step-by-Step Method**

### 🥣 Step 1: Batter & Paneer Fry

In a bowl, mix **maida, cornflour, salt, black pepper, and a little water** to make a thick batter.
Add paneer cubes and coat well.
Deep fry 🛢️ until golden and crispy. Keep aside.

### 🍳 Step 2: Prepare the Base

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped **garlic 🧄 and ginger 🫚**. Sauté for a few seconds.

### 🧅🫑 Step 3: Stir Fry Veggies

Add **onion 🧅 and capsicum 🫑**.
Stir fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes (keep them crunchy).

Add a small splash of water + little cornflour slurry 🌽 to thicken the sauce.
Cook till glossy.

Add fried paneer cubes.
Toss on high flame 🔥 until everything is well coated.
