Cheesy chicken fajita pasta bake recipe review

Solid 9 out of 10! Would smash again.

Easy, filling, high protein and actually tastes like real food. Win.

Ingredients
Makes 4 servings

200g dry pasta of choice
650g chicken breast
80g grated mozzarella
1 onion
2 peppers
200g low-fat cream cheese
4 tsp lazy garlic
1 fajita seasoning packet
1 tin 400g chopped tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
100ml water

Cooking steps
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Dice the chicken, onion and peppers.
3. Add everything into a large ovenproof dish except the mozzarella.
That’s pasta, chicken, veg, cream cheese, garlic, fajita seasoning, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper.
4. Rinse out the chopped tomato tin with 100ml water and pour it into the dish.
Mix everything really well so it’s evenly coated.
5. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 190°C.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes to melt and colour the cheese.
7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes so the sauce thickens and the pasta soaks everything up.
8. Serve and enjoy.

Very fat-loss friendly for how filling it is.

  1. Given my body type, I have to limit my cosplay to characters like Bowser or Wario from the Super Mario series or Robo from Chrono Trigger.

  2. As an Italian who lived in UK, I feel traumatised every time you cook and this is probably the worse trauma I have 😭

  3. I love going to SDCC. I’ve only dressed up twice but it kind of just doesn’t matter. You will have a blast.

  4. Honestly, you can cosplay as whoever you please and tell whoever dislikes the "lack of accuracy in the costume" to go fuck themselves. If you're still concedned, however, elite redshirts (ODSTs, Helldivers, Kasrkin, etc) are always a good pick for when no named character looks like you.
As for me, I'd like to go as a Celestian Sacresant from 40k.
