Ingredients (basic stuff)
Chicken wings – 500 g
Butter – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Black pepper – 1½ tsp (freshly crushed = magic)
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp (optional)
Soy sauce – 1 tsp (optional but adds depth)
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – few drops
Fresh coriander / spring onion – for garnish
Cooking Method
Season
Add salt + crushed black pepper + chilli flakes.
Mix well and rest for 10–15 minutes.
Cook wings:
Pan: Shallow fry on medium till golden & cooked
Garlic butter magic
In a pan: melt butter → add garlic → sauté till fragrant (don’t burn).
Add soy sauce + wings → toss on high flame for 1–2 mins.
Finish
Switch off flame → squeeze lemon → garnish.
