1. Soak soyabean in hot water for 20mins.. Wash them and grind them in a chopper.
2. Chop your choice of vegetables with ginger, garlic and green chili.
3. Saute the vegetables in oil, then add soya minced.
4. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli, soya sauce, green chili sauce, Schezwan sauce, garam masala, butter and coriander leaves. Mix them well.
