So I have 7 pots in my letpot system with peppers in them. 4 are grown and 3 are little sprouts. Im looking to transfer them to soil in april and bring them outside in may. Im in doubt what I can do best now. I have 2 seeds per pot and as u can see in some pods 2 plants are doing great. In others I already chopped one down. Do i have to chop one down, even if theyre doing great, or can i transfer them as a couple to soil in a month or so?
Im a little attached already since I planted them end december.

Even though they look like they’re doing fine now, two nutrient hungry plants like that growing together will end up choking each other out. But they appear young enough that you may be able to separate the two without too much root damage and still have enough time for them to recover for the growing season. In this case, you can put them into soil a bit earlier, just make sure to reduce the light intensity on them for a few days so it can focus on root growth.
