Since transplanting, a lot of my super hots seem to really be struggling. I’m running my lights about 16 hours per day, humidity is in the 50s, and I’ve been trying my hardest to not overwater them. These 3 seem to look like this every other day.
The soil seems dry but I’ve been bad about overwatering in the past and don’t want to kill off my plants and I just watered these.
Ideally, how often should you be watering seedlings? I’ve cut holes at the bottom of the cup and I’ve used fox farms ocean forest as the medium. Drainage doesn’t appear to be the issue

Well, if you overwatered in the past, you underwatered now. Those look completely parched. Give them some water and they might bounce back, but they might be too far gone, and if they survive they might be “stunted” as it’s called.
Water those poor things. Are you keeping them on a heat mat also?
The soil looks like the sahara desert. When it comes to watering, don’t overthink it. You do not need schedules or anything. Make sure the cups have drainage holes and saturate the soil with water. You can do that from the top, i prefer to do it from the bottom by putting them into a flooded (2-3 finger high) container for like 15-20 mins. That way the soil will fully saturate with water on its own.
Now feel the weight of the cups. They will be SIGNIFICANTLY lighter once they get dry. If that’s the case it is time to water again. Just pick up a couple of your plants every time you look after your plants and check. It is that simple.
Edit: Since you mention transplanting: did you make sure to water the plants in properly? It is necessary for the roots to get proper contact with soil. For that you need an amount of water that may feel unnecessarily much. But you want it to be muddy.
