Planted these in coco coir January 25th. the last sprout came up on February 9th. I expected them to have real leaves by now but except for a couple of tiny tiny beginnings of real leaves they've largely been stagnant. Except for the lemon drop they don't look very healthy to me and I'm starting to worry.
They're on a heat mat though not directly. The water in the container is and that's being wicked into the coco coir with a cloth. They have a grow light which was a little close to the plants for a while but has been raised a couple of days ago.
The room itself is around 19 degrees during the day and lower during the night. The heat mat and grow light are on from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Is there anything I should do or change to get these sprouts to maturity?

These are the actual temperatures of the room in the last week
Mine are the same. Started sprouting 1st Feb with the first cotyledons unfurled on the 22nd. Still no true leaves on any of them. I’ve got another batch sitting on a heated mat under a dome which I planted on the 25th. I’m hoping the extra heat and humidity will be a big improvement, but so far no signs of life.
