This recipe is the closest to Roanoke, VA’s Weiner Stand Chili that I can get. I have worked and worked on this chili and finally got it down for my daughter, Kayla’s 21st Birthday Party. It was awesome and everyone loved it. It takes a lot of ingredients but it is well worth it and very easy to can with your pressure canner. They say it is close to a Coney Island Chili but to me it is just like “The Weiner Stand” chili in Roanoke, Virginia. Next time you are having a party or want to make your own hot dog chili give this a try. š
