Sweet Pepper & Cream Cheese Cups Recipe by What Shall I Cook

Ingredients
6 mini sweet peppers (halved, seeds removed)
½ cup cream cheese (light)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for extra creaminess)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
Pinch of salt & black pepper

Instructions:
Prep peppers:
Wash and halve sweet peppers. Remove seeds and membranes.
Make filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fill cups:
Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
Finish:
Sprinkle with chili flakes or paprika if desired.
Serve:
Arrange on a platter and enjoy chilled.
