Ramzan Special Tandoori Cheese Egg Balls Stick – crispy aur cheesy snack jo har iftar table ko banaye special! 😋
Is recipe mein hum boiled eggs aur potatoes ko mix karke tandoori masalon ke sath fry karte hain. Aasan aur quick recipe jo aap party ya aftr time serve kar sakte hain. Try karein aur Cooking CH ke sath apni iftar treat enjoy karein ❤️

INGREDIENTS AND SYNTHESIS

• Boiled eggs – 5, grated, set aside
• Boiled potatoes – 3, grated, set aside

In a Dish:
• Grated potatoes
• Grated eggs
• Onion – 2 tbsp, finely chopped
• Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
• Capsicum – 2 tsp, finely chopped
• Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
• Oregano – 1/2 tsp
• Chili powder – 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Cornflour – 2 tbsp, mix well
• Coriander – 1 tbsp, finely chopped, mix again

Making Balls:
• Take the mixture and make balls with cheese inside
• Insert 2 balls on each toothpick
• Repeat for all balls and keep aside

For Tandoori Batter:
• Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
• Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Tandoori masala – 12 tsp
• Yogurt – 3–4 tbsp
• Flour – 4 tbsp
• Water – as required, mix to make runny batter

Cooking:
• Dip balls in batter
• Coat with breadcrumbs
• Fry in hot oil until golden brown
• Serve and enjoy 😋
