Hot sauce flavor I've been doing for a while now, main component is Thai chili(birds Eye Chili) and Asian Pear(sand Pear) along with garlic, onion, vinegar, brine, coconut oil, ginger, salt, and sugar.
These Thai chilis were ages for about 2/3 years.
