✅Paneer
✅Maida
✅Corn flour
✅Salt
✅️Black Pepper powder
✅Red chilli powder
✅Oil
✅Onion
✅Capsicum
✅Garlic
✅Sauces (Tomato and chilli sauce, Soya sauce and Schezwan sauce)
✅Green chilli

💥Recipe
🔹️ Cut paneer in cubes
🔹 Cut onion and capsicum just shown in video
🔹️ In a bowl, add half cup maida and 1/4cup corn flour ,salt, pepper powder, Red chilli powder and tomato sauce
🔹 Make a batter with water
🔹 Add paneer cubes in batter then mix
well and Deep fry until golden
🔹 In a pan, add oil, garlic and chilli then cook for 3-4 mins at high Flame
🔹 Add big chunks of onion and Capsicum then cook for 3-4 mins at high flame
🔹 In a bowl mix tomato ketchup , chilli sauce, Soya sauce and schezwan Chutney
🔹 Make corn flour slurry
🔹 Once onion and capsicum cook well add sauce mixture then mix and add Corn flour slurry
🔹 Add fried paneer cubes then mix Well
🔹 Serve and Enjoy 😋
