Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Water
Paneer cubes – 250 gm
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Prepared paste
Oil for frying
2nd process
Oil – 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli – 1 tbsp
Onion cubes – 2 medium size
Capsicum cubes – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp or according to taste
Black paper – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – according to taste
Aromat powder – 2 tsp
For Slurry –
Water – 250 ml
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Garnishing with spring onion & green coriander
