We are SUPPOSED to be happy and healthy! As it turns out, in order to be nice and lean and healthy… we DON’T have to do these three things! We can simply eat a whole-foods plant-based vegan diet that is naturally high in carbohydrates and low in fat… based on starch… and we turn into fat-burning MACHINES!! Seriously – you don’t need to count calories, restrict your portions, cut out carbs, go keto, carb cycle, or do intense exercise or gym workouts. In order to burn fat, it’s all about your nutrition… and we CAN eat as much as we want on a whole foods plant-based diet and lose fat!
