
Really loving this stuff. Did a test run on a chip and it’s strangely addictive. A little unexpected tang, the right amount of salt, the kind of runny sauce that I like but with “texture”, a nice little bite of spice that sits on the front of the tongue with a pleasant tingle. Looking forward to throwing it on some tacos tomorrow.

That texture + tang combo is the best. Northgate always has some sneaky good finds too. If you end up liking it on tacos, try it on eggs or roasted potatoes, those runnier sauces coat really well.
