Going full-time! 🤯 #shorts

Hey guys! Here is the butter chicken recipe, I hope you all enjoy if you do try it out!

It’s definitely a LOT so don’t let your family get to used to this one. Unless, of course, you’re just built like that. 😅

Butter Chicken Recipe ⤵️

Chicken marinade:
• 2–3 lbs chicken breast, cubed
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 tbsp ginger paste
• 2–3 tbsp oil (for cooking)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt (about 1 cup + 2 tbsp)
• Seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, ground coriander, dried oregano, turmeric, ground allspice, black pepper, chili flakes, ground cumin, garam masala, paprika, ground ginger, ground thyme, salt.

Sauce:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 medium onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp garlic paste
• 1 tbsp ginger paste
• 32 oz (1 quart) marinara sauce
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Chopped parsley, for garnish
• Seasonings: garam masala, coriander, ground allspice, salt.

1. Marinate the Chicken
1. In a large clean bowl, combine the cubed chicken with garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, yogurt, and all the spices.
2. Mix well to ensure every piece is coated evenly.
3. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

2. Cook the Chicken
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the marinated chicken and cook until tender, flipping occasionally to ensure it’s cooked on both sides.
3. Be careful not to overcook the chicken. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce
1. In the same pan, melt the butter.
2. Add sliced onion, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
3. Add salt, garam masala, coriander, and allspice. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Pour in the marinara sauce and let it sit for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don’t let it burn!
5. Stir in the heavy cream until the sauce turns a rich orange color.
6. Transfer the sauce to a blender and blend until smooth.

4. Combine Chicken and Sauce
1. Pour the blended sauce into a Dutch oven or pot with the cooked chicken.
2. Simmer for 5–10 minutes on low heat to let the flavors meld together.

5. Serve
• Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice, naan, or as a butter chicken egg roll! 😉✨
