This is one of the most delicious superhots I've ever had, and I seldom see anyone mention it. I have never tried another chamoy, but the way I would describe this sauce is if you combined the indulgent sweetness of raspberry jam with the punishing heat of 7-Pot Primos. The result is a sweet, satisfying, fruity, painful concoction that's so tasty I would eat it with a spoon if it wouldn't destroy my stomach. My friends and I have gone through 7 or 8 bottles at this point, and plan to keep stocking it for as long as they keep making it!
The ingredients are clean, simple, and few. Every component stands out on its own, and complements all the rest in a perfect balance. The texture is thick and hearty, while still pouring smoothly. The heat is indeed Extra Hot, though it's mild enough to use as a condiment if you have a somewhat high tolerance. It's firmly in the category of a sauce you'd want to put on ice cream or cheesecake, just as likely as a taco or fries. Someday I'll get brave enough to put it with peanut butter on some nice crusty bread.
TL;DR/Bottom line: Raspberries + 7 Pot Primos make for a ridiculously good hot sauce, and if you haven't tried it, you should! Also if you like this, try Char-Man's Fiyaberry, which is very similar except with strawberries + scorpion peppers.
