200g paneer (cubed)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp maida (optional)
Salt (to taste)
Water (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
For Garlic Chilli Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (more = better flavor 😍)
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 green chillies (slit)
1 onion (cubed)
1 capsicum (cubed)
Sauces:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp black pepper
Salt (as needed)
Slurry:
1 tsp cornflour + 3 tbsp water
