**Malai Chaap Roll Recipe (with Ingredients)**

**Ingredients:**
* 500 gm soya chaap
* Warm water (for soaking)
* Oil (for frying)

**For Marination:**
* ยฝ tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp red chili powder
* 1 tsp garam masala
* ยฝ tsp coriander powder
* ยฝ tsp kasuri methi
* Salt (as per taste)
* 1 tsp hot oil
* 2 tbsp curd (yogurt)
* ยฝ tsp lemon juice

**For Final Mixing:**
* 1 tsp chaat masala
* 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
* 3โ€“4 tbsp fresh cream
* 2โ€“3 tbsp butter
* Sliced onions (lachha)
* Fresh coriander leaves

**For Roll (Rumali Roti):**
* Maida (all-purpose flour) dough
* Butter (for roasting)

**Method:**
1. First, soak 500 gm chaap in warm water to soften it. Squeeze out the water, remove the sticks, and cut into small pieces.
2. Fry the chaap pieces until they turn golden brown. Let them cool down.
3. Prepare the marinade by mixing turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi, salt, hot oil, curd, and lemon juice in a bowl.
4. Add the fried chaap to the marinade and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5โ€“7 minutes.
5. Now put the chaap pieces on a skewer (rod) and roast them on gas or in an air fryer.
6. Transfer the roasted chaap to a bowl. Add chaat masala, amchur powder, cream, butter, sliced onions, and coriander leaves. Mix well. Your malai chaap is ready.

**For Making the Roll:**
7. Prepare a soft dough with maida. Roll it very thin like a rumali roti and stretch it with your hands to make it ultra-thin.
8. Heat an inverted kadhai on gas and cook the roti on it.
9. Fold the roti in half, fill it with malai chaap, and roll it.
10. Apply some butter on top and roast it slightly on gas using a stick.

**Serving:**
Serve hot with green chutney and sliced onions.
