Local spot changed sauce recipe / distributor. Any idea if this is commercially available anywhere else?
The new recipe at this diner is a downgrade. Using cayenne instead of tabasco. I’ve reached out to the distributor but never got a response. Any ideas are appreciated!

Tabasco would probably fit the recipe of Tabasco peppers, salt and vinegar
They should stick with the recipe. Age the mash. It’s done pretty well worldwide.
