I’d need the full ingredients list to judge or form an opinion, short of taste testing. Do any use extracts? Are the peppers 1st ingredient? Do they add sugar or water? Are the peppers powdered or is it mash?
Given the info provided I’d try 1, 2 and 4. Not too sure about that raspberry mint combination in a hot sauce. I try to stay away from added sugars as it takes away from the pepper flavoring and heat.
