• Thick Green Chillies (Moti Mirchi)
• Cumin seeds (Jeera)
• Mustard seeds (Rai/Sarson)
• Fennel seeds (Saunf)
• Turmeric powder (Haldi)
• Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Nigella seeds (Kalonji)
• Mustard Oil
✅ Quick Steps:
1. Dry roast the whole spices (Jeera, Rai, Saunf) and grind them into a coarse powder.
2. Cut the green chillies into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix the chillies with the ground masala and other dry spices.
4. Pour hot mustard oil over the mix and stir well.
