Butter Garlic Mushroom

Ingredients:
Prep for the Recipe
MUSHROOMS | मशरूम 300–350 GMS
GARLIC | लहसुन A HANDFUL
FRESH CORIANDER STEMS | हरे धनिये की डंठल A HANDFUL
GREEN CHILLI | हरी मिर्च 2 NOS.
Cooking
BUTTER | मक्खन 2–3 TBSP
OIL | तेल 1 TSP
MUSHROOMS | मशरूम AS PREPARED
CHILLI FLAKES | चिल्ली फ्लेक्स A PINCH
BLACK PEPPER | काली मिर्च 1 TSP (FRESHLY CRUSHED)
SALT | नमक TO TASTE
LEMON ZEST | नींबू का छिलका OF 1 LEMON
LEMON JUICE | नींबू का रस OF 1/2 LEMON
Finish
FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
Method:
Start by prepping the mushrooms. Take good quality, medium to small sized mushrooms, wash and clean them well, then pat dry with a clean napkin. Do this right before you are ready to cook. Trim just the stems slightly and they are ready.
Now take a chopper and add garlic cloves, fresh coriander stems, and green chillies. Chop everything finely.
Heat a tawa or pan on high flame.
Once hot, add butter and oil. Once it heats up, add the chopped garlic, coriander stems, and green chillies. Stir and cook on medium flame for about 30 seconds until the rawness of the garlic is gone.
Now add the mushrooms along with chilli flakes, freshly crushed black pepper, and salt. Stir everything together and cook on medium high flame.
The mushrooms will first release their water and let that cook off completely.
Once the moisture is gone, the mushrooms will start picking up a beautiful brown colour.
In about 7–8 minutes you will see the mushrooms are nicely cooked and golden brown. At this stage, add lemon zest and lemon juice and stir well.
Finish with fresh coriander, give it a final mix
Our delicious, garlicky Butter Garlic Mushroom is ready.

  5. Please make a prawns thali with fried prawns and it's gravy where a bit smaller prawns are used than the fried one and alongside sukhat prawns ( the smallest) which we get at nagaon and murud konkan areas (it's Agari – koli style probably ). Please chef !
