Homemade Green Chili Sauce | Easy-to-Make Recipe

RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1. Chopped onion- 1 medium
2. Capsicum- 1 medium
3. Green chili- 7 pc
4. Ginger- ½ pc
5. Garlic- 2 cloves
6. Cinnamon- 1 pc
7. Coriander leaves
8. Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
9. Salt- as required
10. Water- 250 ml / 1 cup
11. Oil- 1 tbsp

Process
1. Add the ingredients (1 to 10) into a grinder and grind them into a paste.
2. Keep your pan on low flame.
3. Once the pan is heated up, add oil.
4. Add the ground mix once oil is heated up.
5. Stir the mixture until the texture lightly thickens.
6. Turn the flame off and let the sauce cool for some time.
7. Store the sauce in refrigerator for future use.
