* Spices (oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, etc.) 🌿
Steps 👩‍🍳
1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form 🥚⚡
2. Gently fold in cheese, garlic powder, and spices 🧀🌿
3. Spoon into small mounds on parchment paper 🍪
4. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 10–14 mins until puffed and golden 🔥

  1. It's not bread then!!!! You can loose weight by eating carbs too!! You need to find the right amount that suits your metabolism rather then cutting them out!! Ps: it's important to lower body fat not "loose weight"..
