This pepper spread is ADDICTIVE 🤤



This roasted pepper & feta spread is CRAZY good 🤤
Super creamy, quick, and perfect for bread or crackers!

Ingredients:
• 3 roasted bell peppers (oven or microwave)
• 100 g feta cheese
• 3–4 sun-dried tomatoes
• A handful of fresh basil
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 3–4 tbsp olive oil

1. Roast the peppers
• Microwave: brush with olive oil → 8 min on max power until soft & slightly charred.
• Oven: bake at 200°C / 400°F for 20–25 min.
Let cool, peel & remove seeds.
2. Blend: peppers + feta + sun-dried tomatoes + basil + garlic + lemon juice + olive oil → smooth & creamy.
3. Serve: on bread, crackers, or toast. Enjoy 🤍
