Bitchin’
roasted the chiles and added to blender with garlic, sour cream, a bit of water, cilantro and knorr. It’s a bit creamy and a kick of spicy just how I like it. If you want it more green, add spinach
Chicken is breaded w/ Italian breadcrumbs (I couldn’t find the Bimbo one) seasoned with garlic powder and knorr. Ensalada is just lettuce, rábano, red cabbage, cilantro, limón y sal.
