    he over crowded that pan and ruined that meat. look at all that liquid in it when he dumps the meat out. it never seared, it sweat

    You might want to review the ingredients in that Oyster sauce….see if you can find oysters

    That's a good looking recipe what I appreciate most is the use of oyster sauce… Alot of cooks that are not from southeast asia never uses oyster sauce to marinade with… Do use use fish sauce in your cooking?

    My brother, you need to velvet your meat before hand then marinate it. You need to create a sauce. Once you combine your meat and protein, and this step is very key; you add your sauce and a cornstarch slurry. THANK ME LATER!!! Great cut of the meat and vegetables however. I hope all is well.
