🌱 Soya Chunks Curry (Pressure Cooker Method)
📝 Ingredients
* 1 cup soya chunks
* 3 tomatoes (chopped)
* 1 onion (chopped)
* 5–6 garlic cloves
* 2 green chillies (chopped)
* 1 tbsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tbsp coriander powder
* ½ cup yogurt (curd)
* Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
* Salt (to taste)
* 2–3 tbsp mustard oil
* Water (as needed)

1. Prepare soya chunks
* Soak/boil for 5–7 minutes
* Squeeze out all water and keep aside
2. Mix everything
In a bowl, combine:
* Soya chunks
* Tomatoes, onion, garlic, green chilli
* All spices + salt
* ½ cup yogurt
* Fresh coriander leaves
Mix well until everything is coated nicely.

* Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker
* Add the mixture
* Roast for about 5 minutes (important for flavor)

* Add warm water (depending on gravy)
* Cook for 3 whistles
