🛒 Ingredients (Upgraded Chilli Oil Maggi):
The Wet Mix:
• Dark soy sauce (1 tsp)
• Ketchup (1 tsp)
• Vinegar – white or apple cider (1 tsp)
• Your pre-made jarred chili oil (scoop the crispy bits!) (1 to 2 tsp)
• A tiny pinch of sugar
The Dry Bowl (For the hot oil pour):
• Garlic, finely minced (1 clove)
• Fresh ginger, minced (½ inch)
• Scallion, white & light green parts (1 chopped)
• Sesame seeds (1 tsp)
• Kashmiri red chili powder (½ tsp)
• Maggi Tastemaker (1 packet)
• Sizzling hot oil (1.5 to 2 tbsp)
The Base:
• Maggi Noodles (1 block, boiled and drained)
🍳 How to make it:
Boil your Maggi noodles until just cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a heat-proof bowl, add your minced garlic, ginger, scallion, sesame seeds, Kashmiri chili powder, and the Maggi tastemaker.
Pour the sizzling hot oil directly over the dry spices to wake them up.
Stir in your wet mix (soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, jarred chili oil, and sugar).
Toss your boiled noodles into that rich, glossy sauce until perfectly coated.
Enjoy your upgraded bowl! 🤝🏽
