High Protein Paneer Veg Grilled Sandwich

This High Protein Paneer Veg Sandwich is creamy, crunchy, and perfectly grilled — ideal for a quick meal or post-workout snack
✅Ingredients
Protein Spread:
• 1 cup paneer 🧀
• 2–3 tbsp thick curd
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp chilli flakes 🌶️
• Finely chopped cucumber, carrot, capsicum & onion 🥕🥒
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves 🌿
• 1 tsp oregano
• ½ cup diced cheese 🧀
• Whole wheat bread 🍞
• Ghee
👩🍳 Method
1. Blend paneer, curd, Salt, pepper & chilli flakes into a thick spread 🌀
2. Mix it with all chopped veggies in a bowl 🥗
3. Add oregano & cheese, mix well 😋
4. Spread on bread slices and close the sandwich 🍞
5. Grill with a little ghee till golden & crispy 🔥
