Work till midnight, order loaded beef nachos at 1am, drive 20 mins home. Bag = plain chips.
Drive back. They remake it. Bag = chips and cheese.
Drive around again. Ask nicely for the beef. He sighs "pull around".
Third bag, I say "please just check it". He hits me with: "I'm tired. It's late. Don't come back here".

I’d say yes because I’m about to call corporate over how I’ve been treated by a certain employee lately and it doesn’t seem like the manager cares, so yes let’s escalate shit because otherwise these losers keep getting away with their shitty behavior.
I’d start with trying to get ahold of the store manager, call at a different time than you usually eat there so you can hopefully avoid getting the window guy first.
Very likely that “ban” won’t fly with the manager

Damn bro!! 40 minute round trip, is that what I’m reading? Almost an hour and a half of additional driving after 1am, sheesh!! That would be super frustrating after a work shift, but I would have no energy to deal with that.
