Hey everyone! First time growing (hot) peppers from seeds. I plan on transfering them to a mini greenhouse on the balcony and eventually just pots in the sun. Do I still need to harden off? Zone 6b over here. Enjoy a picture of the (not yet up potted ) baby reapers, one of the many types I am growing.

You harden for your environment. Is it harsher than the conditions they sprouted under? Then you harden, but not as much if the environment isn’t has harsh as the actual outside. Only way to find out is to do it and let us know. We don’t know your exact details, but hopefully you fill that in when you report back.
