🔥 Honey Chilli Potato Recipe | Crispy & Spicy Indo-Chinese Snack 🔥

🛒 Ingredients:

Potatoes (Medium size 6–7)

Corn starch / Corn flour

Green chillies (6–7)

1 tiny spoon red chilli powder

1 tiny spoon garam masala

1 tsp black pepper powder

Salt to taste

Soy sauce

Red chilli sauce

Schezwan sauce

Tomato ketchup

Onion

Honey (1 tsp)

👨‍🍳 Method:

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes

Boil and mash the potatoes. Make sure there are no lumps.

Add spices and salt to taste.

Mix well and form a soft dough.

Grease your palms with oil and shape the mixture as desired (fingers, balls, etc.).

Fry on medium-low heat until golden brown and crispy.

Step 2: Prepare the Gravy

Dice the onion and sauté in a pan.

Add corn starch slurry and mix well.

Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, Schezwan sauce, and tomato ketchup.

Add red chilli powder and salt to taste.

Let it come to a boil, then add honey.

Turn off the flame and toss in the crispy potato pieces.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion:
Serve hot with Schezwan rice or enjoy it as a snack on its own!
