I’d been meaning to travel to mexico (beyond Tijuana) for at least 25 years. Did not disappoint. I don’t do many photos of food, but decided for whatever reason to take at least one or two at this sort of casual spot with heirloom maiz.
Seems like a nice counterbalance to all the burritos, nachos with yellow cheese, and Tex Mex I see in this sub when I scroll by.
