Marinate the Boneless Chicken cubes with
Salt
White pepper
Red chilli powder
Ginger garlic paste
Soy sauce
Plain flour
Corn flour

Mix well & marinate for 10mins

Depp fry them put chicken one by one then
on medium heat for 6 to 7 mins until golden & crispy.

Into another wok heated the
Oil
Sliced garlic
Chopped onion
Sliced red pepper
Sliced green peppers
Sauté them on high heat for 2 mins
Reduce the flame then add all the sauces
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Soy sauce
White pepper
Garam masala
Sauté on medium heat for few seconds then add water
Add the fried Chicken cubes, mix well & sauté for a min
Garnish with chopped spring onions & serve hot.
