I have tried nearly everything from these brands, curious to see what else is out there. Cholula has great flavor with no heat. Both Melinda's have that almost "bitter" or apple cider vinegar flavor that I love, not sure how to describe it while delivering a good amount of heat. The local hive just tastes amazing.
