Are you making your Bulduk 2x the right way?

Fucking hell. I did it exactly as Gemini said and it's much hotter than just throwing everything in. All the noodles are properly coated. This is utter death. In a good way.

    8 tablespoons is way too much. You just need a little to loosen up the sauce because you’re going to reduce it anyway.

    I’m probably crazy, but I find it’s generally more spicy the less water you use, even if you reduce it. Maybe too much water makes it easier for the sauce to stick on every inch of the pan when you reduce it and you lose sauce? idk.
