This was accidentally listed at $0 at my local supermarket. They wouldn’t honour the price at checkout, but by that point I was too embarrassed to back out… and it turned out to be an absolute gem of a sauce.
Now it’s become the daily driver for chicken & rice bowls, pork, cheap steaks etc.
Current mission: reverse engineer it and start making my own version.

I’m pretty sure it wasn’t an accident. Supermarkets routinely give a free item to encourage folks to sign up for their rewards program.
You get a $6 bottle of hot sauce and they get all your info to sell to anyone who wants it.
They had these at Ollie’s for super cheap, but I passed them up. Maybe I’ll have to give them a shot.
