Big fan of the community here and first time posting to get the collective wisdom.
I live in the Bay Area in CA and have tried to grow some spicy peppers every year for the last 4-5 years. I tend to get small yield, small fruit and not spicy, even for breeds like Habañero. Quick research suggests that it’s the temperature. This year I am trying these mini greenhouse things to try to moderate the temp and take advantage of the little heat we do get here. My question is, has anyone tried these with any success? The taller plant is a Jalapeño and the smaller is a scotch bonnet. They seem happy so far but no fruit yet. Would love to know the groups thoughts.
