post partum meal kit! but back-to-work edition.



so many transitions in motherhood and going back to work can be a tough one! here’s what i made. also i made these all dairy-free bc she’s not eating dairy right now.
1. freezer chicken breakfast sandwiches (with vegan cheese)
2. turkey chili
3. arroz con pollo (from my new cookbook!)
4. tropical banana bread (i skipped the frosting and used all coconut oil)
5. protein cookies (from my new cookbook)
